I spent the whole past month holding an old fully manual classic camera (Fujica St705), and taking pictures of the strangest things you could ever imagine. The project was a serial of assignments, each one is completely differ from the other. Almost all the assignments needs a high creativity and imaginary, otherwise your pictures would look like a snap shots!
I’ve done the shooting, processing (for some of the films), and the printing for the whole pictures on my project. Working in dark with a Red Orange light was so much fun, specially watching the pictures shows up on the white papers.
What have I got from this project:
-Giving an artistic value to the pictures I take.
-Having the courage to take pictures in the public.
-Having the ability to take pictures for strangers.
-Understanding the way to communicate with the public.
-Getting used to hold the camera all the time.
-Sending a massages through the pictures.
-Making a dialog between the views and the picture.
What I’ve used in my projects:
Fujica st705
20 Rolls of PX Kodak 36 Exposures (B&W Films)
4 Rolls of Tri-X Kodak 36 Exposures (B&W Films)
Tripod
+
The developing and processing equipments.
Some pictures from my project:

I called this picture “Media Attack”, the name might sound cheesy, but what I was trying to show in this picture is how the newspapers can cover on some people, and the ability of changing the facts.

I’ve also called it “Media attack”, and I am trying to show that we are seeing the world from the medias point of view.

Called it “Learn to love”

“Waiting for something?”
