B.Oz Burgers
I used to think making burgers is a long complicated process, but after watching enough of food channel, I totally changed my mind and began making my own burgers.
This is my second attempt, I tried to be more creative with my burgers and decided to add some horse radish to them. After the first bite, I discovered that was not a brilliant idea!
What do you need to make a burger? Ground beef, Chopped onions, Garlic powder and Olive oil, These are main ingredients. Of-course you can add more stuff to make your signature burger ;)

BB, Mix ground beef with chopped onions and add some spices, make the patties and you’re done.. Wal laaah
And about 6ab5tech, I was going to make it bs ma 3endy tuna so I have to go get some.. It will be next in the list =)

I have to say, impressive ;p enjoying those couple of months before dental school starts I see ! lol
Well, it takes the same way to make kofta, bss you have to mix certain spices in a certain amount to make it taste like kuwaiti kofta, why don’t you prepare some for Ramadan .. i tried it.. Amazing

you can many things for the burger, my burgers are minced with salt and pepper, I use butter and paprica, I shredd bacon and mix it by hand, add a bit of eggs if you want the burger to have a rigid structure, and then you do your magic, now compining the burger with bun combo is also essintial, try the burger with white (fita) cheese, it sounds wierd but surprizingly it’s quite nice, if it’s salty don’t add ketchup, add a tomato to it…..!!!
honey mustard is always a good add up to the burger
