Scientists have mixed opinions about spinning. One of the studies I read shows that spinning has no direct effect on loosing wight, since the calories burned isn’t that much, but spinning activates your blood cycle which will increase the thyroid secretion and that will increase the metabolism rate. What I’m trying to say is that spinning helps maintain your wight more than loosing it. The key to loose wight is to count your calories consumption!

Game Over, Prada kids usually suffers from a bad childhood, which get reflected on their prospective of life. I would feel more sorry toward them than angry, or you can just have a great laugh! Haulocosting them is ethical only if it was kosher..
