Shamshiry - DC
The best Persian restaurant in the United States and Canada. The food is so great and original, it hasn’t been americanized yet. The only problem I found is like most of the Persian restaurants in the USA the sit down place isn’t so appealing! If they had worked on that a little bit it would make a big difference.
What we had:
- Mast-o Khiar
- Salad Shirazi
- Chelo Kabob Shamshiry
- Chicken Tandoori
- Doogh (Leban)
- Pot of Persian Tea
Rate:
Food - 8/10 (5 and above is better than avg.)
Location - 5/10
Atmosphare - 3/10
Service - 5/10
Over all experience - 7/10 (Worth a Visit)
