I’m so proud of myself. I had hard time reproducing some of my mom dishes, I even failed making scrambled eggs that tastes like the one my mom make! And now what? I made one delicious maraq rebyan, It was just perfect not so much sweet and sour enough. For some reason I made a way more maraq than rice, I made rice on the following day to have it with the left over maraq, and on the third day I had toast and maraq, it was good!
I burned my fingers with a hot steam coming out from the rice, but at least it worth it at the end.
